International Commercial Centre
International Commerce Centre is a commercial skyscraper developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. It stands as the world’s ninth tallest construction by height and the world’s second tallest building by number of floors. The building is part of the Union Square project on top of Kowloon Station. Some notable amenities operating in ICC include the Ritz-Carlton Hotel at the 102nd floor and an observatory Sky100 at the 100th floor.
We supplied four Favco M440D tower cranes for this prestige project, in which two were diesel-powered and the other two were electric-powered. This is one of the most challenging projects we have ever encountered due to the height and the risk involved. It was the great expertise and the professional manner of operation and maintenance that guaranteed the success of the project.
